Alison Barger

Alison Barger directs the financial operations of Mathematica and its subsidiaries. She is responsible for overseeing and directing the accounting, finance, and internal audit functions within the company, administering the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and profit sharing plans, and serving as liaison with federal and private auditors on compliance issues.
Barger joined Mathematica in 1984 and was named controller in 2002. She is a member of the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the Finance Executives Institute. Barger holds a B.A. in business administration from Rider University (formerly Rider College).
