Pamela L. Tapscott

Pamela Tapscott directs the contract operations activities of Mathematica and its subsidiaries. She oversees federal, state, international, and private contract and subcontract negotiations and administration.

Tapscott is an expert in federal procurement policies, contract management, and cost/price analyses. Before joining Mathematica in 1992, she served as a contract specialist/contracting officer for various agencies of the federal government. She holds an M.P.A. from American University.
