Larissa Campuzano
Senior Researcher
Larissa Campuzano is a senior researcher with expertise in the design and implementation of experimental and nonexperimental evaluations. Her main research areas are education and international development.
Campuzano co-directs an evaluation of the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s Account with El Salvador, which includes social programs in education and productive development. She is also the deputy principal investigator for the English Language Learners topic area of the What Works Clearinghouse, which is administered by the U. S. Department of Education (ED).
Other work includes evaluations of the effectiveness of educational technology interventions for ED and of the Habitat social program for the Ministry of Social Development in Mexico.
Campuzano’s work includes publications in peer-reviewed journals, such as Games and Economic Behavior and the Journal of Well-Being and Social Policy. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Rochester.
