Mark A. Brinkley
Senior Systems Analyst

Mark Brinkley is a senior systems analyst at Mathematica. He has more than 20 years of experience using SAS to process, analyze, and report on many different types of administrative and survey data. For the past 10 years he has been heavily involved in designing, programming, and deploying web surveys. Additionally, he has a strong interest in systems design, systems automation, and quality control procedures.

Brinkley prepares systems budgets for proposals and is the division coordinator for business proposals.

Prior to joining Mathematica in 1995, Brinkley was a senior economist at Economic Consulting Services. He has led numerous large systems tasks for the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, Department of Education, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Social Security Administration, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Science Foundation, and the National Research Council. He holds an M.A. in economics from Virginia Tech.
