Neil Clover
Senior Vice President; Chief Information Officer

Neil Clover leads the planning, strategy, and design of enterprisewide information systems to support business operations and provide companywide information technology services. A member of the senior management team, he sets technology standards and direction, and provides overall leadership for technology and security operations.

Before joining Mathematica, Clover served as chief technology officer for the Americas at Arup, a global design and engineering firm. At Arup, he led a team of domestic and international information technology professionals responsible for architecture, design, acquisition, operations, maintenance, and integration of information systems. The group supported and developed enterprise business applications, collaborative software and tools, voice and data networking, and data center operations, in addition to more than 300 engineering applications. Prior to Arup, Clover was chief technology architect at Tyco International. He began his career with AT&T/Bell Labs. He holds a M.B.A. from LaSalle University.
