CIRE projects related to planning rigorous and relevant evaluations involve providing technical assistance to organizations designing, conducting, and implementing studies designed to measure effectiveness, implementation, and changes happening within complex systems. As part of this work, we also develop evaluation training materials and establish peer learning networks among grantees and local evaluators.
