Mathematica Signs Lease for 1100 First Street, NE in NoMa
Future Relocation Allows for New Growth at Firm, Accessibility to Clients

Washington, D.C.—January 18, 2011—Mathematica recently signed a 15-year lease for 125,429 square feet at 1100 First Street, NE in the NoMa (North of Massachusetts Avenue) neighborhood near Union Station in Washington, D.C. Mathematica was represented by Woodmark Commercial Services in the lease for the Tishman-Speyer owned building. In November 2011, Mathematica’s Washington, D.C., office, along with its research affiliate the Center for Studying Health System Change, will relocate to this new Class A building, joining a growing number of private and federal organizations that call this vibrant neighborhood home. Mathematica will be vacating 600 Maryland Avenue, SW, where it has been for almost 30 years.
