After-School Evaluation:
Response to Members of the Technical Working Group

Recently, concerns have been raised about the findings of Mathematica's first report on the 21st Century Schools program––When Schools Stay Open Late––a report which was conducted by Mathematica on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education.

Mathematica is an objective, nonpartisan research organization that does not make recommendations about appropriate funding levels for any of the programs we evaluate. Mathematica also prides itself on the integrity and rigor of its research.
