Mathematica's Survey Experts Present at 2017 AAPOR Conference

May 16, 2017

Several survey experts from Mathematica Policy Research will attend the annual meeting of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) in New Orleans, Louisiana, on May 18–21. Our experts will discuss survey research, design, and data collection, illustrating how this work fits into the conference theme: embracing change and diversity in public opinion and social science research. Presentations span a range of survey and data collection topics, including reducing language barriers, using incentives to increase survey participation and reduce costs, and developing strategies for conducting surveys with low-income populations.

In addition to her paper presentation on strategies to engage hard-to-reach populations, Bevin Mory—a survey associate at Mathematica—will be honored with AAPOR’s 2017 Roper Fellow Award.
