The National Child Support Noncustodial Parent Employment Demonstration is testing the effectiveness of programs that aim to increase employment among noncustodial parents, with the ultimate goal of increasing the likelihood that they meet their child support obligations.
Health and Well Being
Strengthening family relationships is key to many support programs, and we study programs to help former offenders build healthy relationships with their children and partners. We also examine efforts that help connect people involved with the justice system to health services, stable housing, and programs to improve social and emotional well-being.
