Andrea Wysocki has expertise in quantitative studies, data analytics, mixed-methods evaluations, Medicaid long-term services and supports (LTSS), and dually eligible individuals.

Currently, Wysocki directs a project for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to produce output on Medicaid LTSS expenditures, users, and rebalancing measures, nationally and across states, and she leads quantitative analyses on a project for the state of California to assess gaps in LTSS delivery. Wysocki also directs projects for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, Arnold Ventures, and the AARP Public Policy Institute to quantitatively examine trends in Medicare Savings Programs for dually eligible individuals as well as the differences in Medicare plan enrollment between full-benefit and partial-benefit dually eligible individuals. Before joining Mathematica in 2014, Wysocki was a post-doctoral researcher at Brown University’s Center for Gerontology and Healthcare Research, where she participated in research projects focused on home health, post-acute care, and LTSS across the Medicare and Medicaid programs and the Veterans Health Administration. Wysocki holds an M.P.P from the Johns Hopkins University and a Ph.D. in health services research from the University of Minnesota.
