Daniel Glovich has extensive expertise in project management, software and web development, systems analysis, enterprise architecture, and database design.
As the associate director of information services, Glovich directs projects implementing commercial and custom software systems and manages development staff to ensure compliance with best practices and timely system delivery. He also designs and leads the development of various systems that support generating evidence. His project work includes an evaluation of the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s Namibia Vocational and Skills Training, for which he oversees technology staffing and systems implementation. He is a system architect for an evaluation of the Older Americans Act Title III-C Elderly Nutrition Services Program, overseeing a series of process studies to examine strategies and activities at all levels of the Aging Network as well as a cost study to examine the cost per meal provided to consumers.
Before joining Mathematica in 2015, Glovich held positions at MedAdvantage, Molina Healthcare, Unisys, Banc 3, Astrix Technology, and IPNetwork.com, among others. He has a graduate certificate in health information technology from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.
