Mayil Srinivasan specializes in program and project management; product development and implementation; and system analysis, technical design, and integration of various applications. He has a thorough understanding of program and project management tools and techniques, including various development methodologies.
Srinivasan currently serves as an associate director of human services research systems at Mathematica. At Mathematica, he manages projects that support early childhood and child development as well as child welfare and TANF, and he is responsible for timely delivery of these systems to our clients. He managed numerous large-scale projects by using cross-functional technical teams. He worked to develop, implement, and manage systems and product solutions using standard and cloud technologies for a variety of clients.
Before joining Mathematica in 2017, Srinivasan held positions at Mphasis Inc./NextAngles, NTT DATA Inc., Marlabs Inc., Tech Mahindra, and Wipro Technologies. He has a B.S. in computer science and engineering from the University of Madras. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Professional Scrum Master.
