Cindy Cullen is an experienced operations manager specializing in large-scale federal government development and testing programs. Her expertise includes process analysis, requirements and specifications development, quality assurance, and testing.
Cullen is leading a project to develop, electronically specify, and maintain clinical quality measures for use in the Medicare Electronic Health Records Incentive Program. She is also providing administrative and operations oversight to develop and implement new performance measures to improve health care for Medicare beneficiaries. In addition, she serves as a subject matter expert for independent verification and validation of testing, quality assurance, configuration management, quality control, and performance standards measurement for a large-scale Employee Retirement Income Security Act system.
Before joining Mathematica in 2006, Cullen worked with the City of Abilene, Texas, and the Florida Electric Power Coordinating Group. She has an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University.
