Congress created the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP), an evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention program, in 2010 to help reduce teen pregnancies and their negative consequences. This report documents key decisions state grantees made about program design. It is the first report from Mathematica's PREP Multi-Component Evaluation.
